One of the fundamental elements is the technique used to breathe. This can deliver an exceptional emotional management. Additionally, there are physical techniques, that can develop emotional endurance, and specific assimilation techniques to reprogram emotions, for example, helping to manage the fears of winning.

Another decisive factor in competitions is mental concentration. A few may have an inate ability, but everyone needs a methodology for training and developing the capacity to maintain a high level of concentration. Few athletes have such training and even fewer have a really efficient mechanism to optimize this ability.

The mental endurance of maintaining a high level of of concentration is another important factor that requires training. All this can be trained using the correct breathing and physical Techniques and especially the concentration and meditation Techniques.
